Make relevant interests visible.

QRD research should be evaluated on its methods and evidence. This policy sets the baseline for disclosing financial or commercial interests that could matter to interpretation.

01

Research independence

Quant Research Desk aims to separate research conclusions from commercial, personal or trading interests. Research status labels are intended to describe the evidence produced by the QRD process rather than promote a security, strategy or transaction.

02

Personal or financial interests

The Founders or contributors may from time to time own, trade, buy, sell or otherwise have interests in securities or assets discussed in QRD research. Positions may exist before, during or after publication.

03

Material conflict disclosure

Material conflicts should be disclosed where legally required or appropriate. Where a specific research publication has a conflict that could reasonably matter to interpretation, QRD should place the disclosure close to that research rather than relying only on this general policy.

04

Independent user decisions

A conflict disclosure does not convert QRD Content into investment advice. Users remain responsible for independent due diligence, professional advice where appropriate, risk assessment and their own investment or trading decisions.

05

Future commercial relationships

If QRD later accepts sponsorship, paid research engagements, subscriptions, licensing arrangements or other commercial relationships, relevant conflicts and the nature of the relationship should be disclosed in a manner appropriate to the service and applicable law.
